After running away from George, Happyman begins to think about the situation and has a change of heart. Perhaps Fred was lying to them and George is really not so bad. After all, George said he just wanted to be their friend.

So Happyman leads his friends to go find George and apologize for running away from him.

Meanwhile, Fred somehow finds out what Happyman is planning and is completely outraged.

All five characters sing a huge chorus about the current situation.

The adventure continues. George confronts Fred because he is angry that Fred warns all the new visitors to stay away from him. Fred reminds George how “annoying” George is. They both proclaim their mutual hatred of each other.

Meanwhile, Bob has a great idea. He wants to go for a swim. It sounds like fun, so the trio goes swimming in a lake. While enjoying the water, George discovers them. He jumps into the lake and introduces himself, scaring Happyman and his friends.

Happyman and his friends are so freaked out that they get back on the car and speed away from the pursuing George. George is left alone and is sad that he can’t make any new friends.

After parking on the Red Planet, Happyman and Green Monster bump into a local alien named Fred. Fred welcomes them and mentions that someone named Bob has visited already today.

Happyman is delighted because he knows Bob. Bob lives down the street from him.

Fred also warns the pair to beware of George, who has big teeth.

Happyman and Green Monster go for a drive on the Red Planet, where they find Bob running away from George. Bob joins the duo and they escape.

Meanwhile, George sings a sad lament because no one wants to be his friend. Everyone runs away from him.

Welcome to the Adventures of Happyman on the Red Planet!

In this first episode, Happyman goes for a drive. Not knowing where to go, he decides to visit his friend Green Monster. He invites Green Monster to go for a drive with him, and the two of them take off.

They soon find themselves in some strange places, and then they are driving in the sky. Miraculously, they then drive into outer space. They find a nice-looking red planet, and decide to park the car and look around.

Welcome to my animated opera, The Adventures of Happyman on the Red Planet.

This episodic opera begins when our hero, Happyman, decides to go for a leisurely drive through his town. Very quickly, an unexpected adventure ensues, and we meet Happyman’s friends Green Monster and Bob, as well as several aliens including Fred and George. As Happyman, Green Monster, and Bob drive around the Red Planet, they have lots of fun, and get into lots of trouble.

Each episode is around 4-5 minutes and the subject matter should be suitable for all ages.

All of the music, voices, and animation was created and performed by me.
